We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy before contacting us.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at infoventoblu@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

REFUNDS

Once we’ve received and approved your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. We’ll notify you by email once the refund has been processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or washed items

  • Custom orders or promotional items
